TSI Healthcare Partners with Arizona Arthritis & Rheumatology Associates, P.C.
Date:10/3/2018

Arizona Arthritis & Rheumatology Associates, P.C. in the Phoenix metropolitan area of Arizona has partnered with TSI Healthcare, a national leader in the sales and support of NextGen Practice Management (PM) and Electronic Health Records (EHR) solutions. TSI Healthcare was selected to be the sole software and support provider for Arizona Arthritis & Rheumatology Associates’ PM software and rheumatology specific EHR software.

“After realizing that our EHR system of 10 years was incapable of supporting our expectations and long-term goals, we began researching other EHR systems. TSI Healthcare quickly emerged as the front runner with their number of other similar, satisfied clients and their dedication to rheumatology. We are 90 days into our TSI Healthcare transition; the providers and staff are settling into the new system,” says Angel Magar, CEO of Arizona Arthritis & Rheumatology Associates. “As we expected, the transition was challenging. What we didn’t expect however, was the amazing support and attentiveness we received and continue to receive from the TSI Healthcare transition team. We are excited and optimistic about moving forward into the continually evolving healthcare market with the support of TSI Healthcare.”

Arizona Arthritis & Rheumatology Associates is comprised of 39 providers with 8 locations and is one of the largest rheumatology practices in the nation. This new strategic partnership between TSI Healthcare and Arizona Arthritis & Rheumatology Associates will allow both parties to continue to work towards improving the future of rheumatology. Arizona Arthritis & Rheumatology Associates will also work with other physicians on TSI Healthcare’s Rheumatic Disease Board of Advisors to help guide workflow enhancements for improvement in product content, design, and “click” reduction.

“As a rheumatologist looking for a new EHR, there were certain elements that were necessary for our basic practice and others that were needed to support the long-term goals of tracking outcome measures. After having used three other EHR programs, we recognized that TSI Healthcare offered the most versatile and intuitive program,” said Dr. Nehad Soloman. “Their rheumatology specific templates which allow for long term disease activity tracking, as well as their workflow automation are second to none. Although it has only been 90 days since our transition, many of us are already starting to unlock the power of the new program and adopt the tools which will prove to enhance our ability to care for patients.”

Since 1997, we have remained committed to providing our clients with innovative specialty content and an unrivaled customer service experience,” says David M. Dickson, Jr., TSI Healthcare’s founder, president, and CEO. “This partnership reinforces our continued commitment to help rheumatology practices of all sizes expand their service offerings and provide quality patient care.”
