SentryHealth Expands Partnership with Healthstat

SentryHealth announced today the expansion of a partnership with Healthstat, a leading provider of onsite health clinics. Focused on leading innovation in the treatment of chronic disease, Healthstat will implement SentryHealth’s SaaS-based population health management software, Healthward® at its onsite employee health clinics. Healthward delivers greater insight into eligibility for chronic care management programs, streamlines the enrollment process, and assists in promoting ongoing employee participation.

Powered by Healthward, Healthstat clinicians will enjoy:

  • A robust rules engine that analyzes employee health data to determine eligibility for programs focused on improving health conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol.
  • A real-time, bi-directional integration between their electronic health records software, eClinicalWorks, which will streamline notification of eligibility and allow quick program enrollment directly from the patient’s health record.
  • Detailed data analysis and advanced reporting of participation and outcomes for continued population health improvement.

“We are excited to further our partnership with SentryHealth,” said Warren Hutton, Healthstat President and COO. “Through this powerful combination of advanced analytics, innovative technology, and evidence-based programs, our patients with chronic conditions will benefit from improved health and well-being.”

“There’s a growing need for population health management software that empowers health care providers to promote and encourage positive behavior change among at-risk populations,” stated SentryHealth President and CEO, J. Kevin Porter. “This partnership enables Healthstat providers to augment their clinical expertise with population health insights to develop patient-specific care plans that ensure the best possible outcomes.”
