Partners In Leadership Included on Suntiva Team for $100M FDA Integrated Services BPA

Partners In Leadership, LLC, the firm that guides clients in defining Key Results™, shaping Cultural Beliefs®, and solving Accountability Gaps, and that is now introducing cutting-edge digital, learning, and leadership tools, announces that they are included in the Suntiva team as a service provider to the FDA. This award, estimated at $100,000,000 over five years, is an Integrated Services Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with the Food and Drug Administration. The BPA scope includes five (5) task areas: Training Support Services; Learning Management System (LMS) Support; Program and Project Management; Human Capital Management; and Strategic Communications Services.

Suntiva, a trusted advisor to leaders in achieving critical business transformation outcomes, announced their prime award on the Integrated Services BPA contract with the FDA. During this five-year base BPA, Suntiva will be providing services and solutions necessary to support the FDA’s workforce and mission to protect public health. To help Suntiva and the FDA achieve this mission, Suntiva has formed a relationship with Partners In Leadership to assist with the Human Capital Management, Program and Project Management, and Strategic Communications services aspects of the agreement.

“Suntiva is excited and proud to partner with Partners In Leadership on the FDA Integrated Service BPA. Through this BPA, Suntiva will provide best in class services and solutions to the FDA’s dedicated workforce,” said Jordan Parsons, HHS Account Director at Suntiva.

“Partners In Leadership is an industry leader with a track record and reputation for driving measurable results through their various training and leadership development offerings. We look forward to working together in support of the FDA’s public health mission,” Parsons said.

Partners In Leadership has a long relationship in working with the FDA with a wide range of products that provides key services in delivering these solutions and more. The firm leads the charge in creating groundbreaking leadership tools and programs for all levels of the workforce – from the C-suite to the front line.

In 2018, Partners In Leadership launched the groundbreaking Workplace Accountability Index™. Beyond a survey, the Index measures a workforce’s ability to handle change, growth, speed to market, achievement, and employee engagement. The survey ties these organizational agility factors to workplace accountability. The report identifies performance gaps in organizations; even more, it offers solutions to close the gaps based on research, tools, and methodologies that the firm has developed over thirty years. Also in 2018, the company launched Safety Builder™, the latest in safety-focused programs designed for healthcare professionals. The program provides a unique application of Partners In Leadership’s award-winning curriculum to improve safety outcomes and patient experiences through a culture-first approach. The training is designed to help healthcare professionals think differently about safety where past strategies to improve safety and patient experience have had little impact. Implementation of the core models changes mindsets, resulting in increased safety throughout the organization. Find out more at .

In 2019, the company introduced Propeller™, a digital app uniquely geared toward propelling team results to unprecedented levels of achievement. Including exclusive features such as Key Results, a leadership communication platform with video support, feedback, a solve it tool and finally, wisdom from The Oz Principle, team achievement is now at every team leader’s fingertips.
