WOODCLIFF LAKE, N.J., Dec. 5, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Par Pharmaceutical Companies, Inc. (NYSE: PRX) will hold an Analyst Day from 9:00am to 12:00pm EST on Friday, January 6, 2012 at the Millennium Hotel, 145 West 44th Street, New York City. Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Patrick G. LePore, and other members of the senior management team will present an overview of the company's growth strategy, current products and pipelines, and business outlook to analysts and investors.
