EQUANOX ist eine auf der Nahinfrarotspektroskopie basierende Überwachungseinrichtung, die nichtinvasiv und kontinuierlich die Sauerstoffsättigung im Gehirn und in anderen Gewebeteilen misst. Das Gerät bietet den Ärzten die Möglichkeit, schnell zu reagieren, um eine schädliche Gewebeischämie zu behandeln, bevor sie gefährlich wird.
