Mr. Hicks brings over 27 years of experience leading healthcare companies. Most recently Kerry served as CEO of Healthgrades. Since launching Healthgrades in 1998, Kerry led the publicly traded company through eleven years of growth, and then facilitated the sale of the business to Vestar Capital Partners for $295 million in 2010.
