Greenberg Traurig’s Neil Oberfeld Appointed as Secretary to Mile High, United Way

Neil Oberfeld of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP has been appointed to serve as Secretary to the Board of Trustees and committee chair of the Governance Committee for Mile High United Way, Denver.

Mile High United Way is a Denver-based nonprofit organization that fights for the education, health, and financial stability of residents across Adams, Arapahoe, Denver, Douglas, Jefferson, Boulder and Broomfield Counties in Colorado, according to the organization’s website.

“Neil is a wonderful selection for this very important board, which provides crucial support for the Metro Community,” said David G. Palmer, co-managing shareholder of Greenberg Traurig’s Denver office. “Neil brings to this worthy organization his passion for serving the community and providing outreach to those who need it most.”

Oberfeld, a shareholder in Greenberg Traurig’s Denver office and a member of the firm’s Real Estate practice. Neil is co-chair of the National Leasing Practice and assists national and regional retailers, developers, institutional owners and investors in real estate and general business matters.
