Crothall Healthcare Acquires CREST Services

WAYNE, Pa., Feb. 7, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Crothall Healthcare of Wayne, Pennsylvania, announced its acquisition of Coppell, Texas-based CREST Services, a national leader in medical equipment maintenance. The transaction was finalized on December 20, 2012.

"We are excited about adding CREST Services to Crothall's clinical equipment solutions (CES) operating division," said Crothall Healthcare President Steve Carpenter . "CREST is a well-known, high-quality Clinical Equipment service company with strong leadership. We believe that our cultures align and that the people of CREST Services will become valuable additions to our teams."

The addition of CREST will materially increase Crothall's CES footprint. With CREST customer base throughout the United States and a large concentration in Texas and the Southwest, the acquisition aligns with the Crothall CES strategy to successfully grow clinical equipment solutions and expand its diagnostic imaging capabilities.
