GENEVA, Ill., Jan. 15, 2014 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Cadence Fitness & Health Center has been certified as a Medical Fitness Center by the Medical Fitness Association, a non-profit organization assisting medically integrated health and fitness centers to achieve their full potential. The Cadence Fitness & Health Center is the only certified fitness center in the western suburbs and second in the Chicagoland area.

"We are proud to offer a variety of programs with an educated approach to help improve the fitness, health and well-being of the communities we serve."

Located in Geneva on the Delnor Campus, the Cadence Fitness & Health Center is a 60,000 square foot, state-of-the-art facility that offers programs overseen by teams of professionally trained and certified health promotion specialists.  The programs offered at the Center include:

  • Cardiac Fitness for cardiac rehab patients;
