BGL Advises Physicians of Southern Illinois Center for Health in Sale of Select Assets to Community Health Systems

CHICAGO, July 20, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Brown Gibbons Lang & Company (BGL), a leading middle market investment bank, is pleased to announce that select assets on the campus of Southern Illinois Center for Health (SICH) have been acquired by Community Health Systems, Inc. (CHS).  BGL served as the exclusive financial advisor to the SICH physician shareholders in the transaction.  The specific terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
