Assured Pharmacy Completes Audit of 2010 Financial Statements

FRISCO, Texas, April 20, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Assured Pharmacy (Pink Sheets: APHYD), a leading specialty pharmacy group providing prescription medications to more than 3,000 sufferers of chronic pain, is pleased to announce that the accounting firm of UHY, LLP has completed an audit of Assured Pharmacy's consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2010.  The audited financial statements have been posted on the OTC Markets website and are available at under our current ticker symbol, APHY.D.
