Yumi Media Released a Statement Regarding Ella Dining Room and Bar Offering an All-Vegetarian Menu for Dine Downtown This Year
Date:1/14/2013

Bohemia, N.Y. (PRWEB) January 14, 2013

On January 14, 2013, Yumi Media released a statement following a Sacramento Press article by Rich Beckermeyer, regarding Ella Dining Room bringing an all-vegetarian menu to the Dine Downtown event this year in Sacramento.

According to the Sacramento Press article, “For the first time since Dine Downtown began eight years ago in Sacramento, Calif., Ella Dining Room and Bar will offer an all-vegetarian menu for hungry foodies.” The article states that Ella’s executive chef, Mike Thiemann, admitted that making a strictly vegetarian menu was challenging.

According to Thiemann, “It’s not about going against the grain or trying to be vegetarian or vegan; it’s taking the challenge in front of us and doing the best you can, and it just so happens that it ends up being all vegetarian.” The article mentioned that the menu offers three courses with delicious dishes, and Thiemann stated he put together recipes that he himself would want to eat.

The article states that Sacramento is the farm-to-fork capital of the nation with so much fresh produce available. Due to this, Thiemann told the article, “At the end of the day, Sacramento chefs moving forward should all be really amazing vegetarian cooks. It’s really not that hard. The products out there basically speak themselves.”

Yumi Media applauds the all-vegetarian menu offered by Ella Dining Room. “It is not often you find an all-vegetarian menu with many options to choose from, but Ella has done it,” says Yumi Media representative Takara Licausi. “For delicious vegetarian meals, I recommend Quorn products, since I personally have never heard of any '/>"/>
