Yumi Media Commented on an Article That Says Turning Vegetarian Helps You Discover New Recipes
Date:1/22/2013

Bohemia, NY (PRWEB) January 22, 2013

On January 22, 2013, Yumi Media commented on a Care 2 article by Shelley Stonebrook regarding how turning vegetarian helps you discover new recipes you would have probably never tried before.

According to the Care 2 article, “If you’ve ever considered eating a mostly or wholly vegetarian diet, your first hurdle might be figuring out how to rework some of your favorite meals into meatless delights.”

The article states that the good news about switching to a vegetarian meat-free diet, is that you may discover recipes that you have never tried to make before you made the switch. The article tells people, “don’t be afraid to get creative! Sometimes, you might make substitutions you’d never expect, and then enjoy those substitutions even more than your normal fare.”

Some of the cookbooks the article recommended, “Feast: A Tribal Cookbook,” and “Eat Your Vegetables,” will help you find new and exciting recipes to try, keeping your vegetarian diet less boring, stated the article. According to the, “you don’t need to be a vegetarian to enjoy these recipes — turning vegetables into a main course instead of a side dish can be a healthy and delicious opportunity for any eater, no matter her dietary preferences.”

Yumi Media applauded the article for offering cookbooks and ways to spice of your vegetarian menu. “This article is great in that it gets people excited about their vegetarian diet, and all of the new recipes they can discover,” said Yumi Media representative Takara Licausi. “I also recommend Quorn vegetarian recipes as well since I have never heard of any
