YogaFit’s Founder Beth Shaw Named to LIU Post College of Management Advisory Board

The LIU Post College of Management has announced that internationally renowned yoga fitness entrepreneur Beth Shaw has joined the College's Executive Board of Advisors.

Shaw, a 1988 graduate of LIU Post, joins 25 industry leaders nationwide appointed to the executive board for the College of Management, one of only 5 percent of schools worldwide to offer AACSB-accredited business degrees.

The College of Management educates more than 800 students from around the globe for employment in a variety of sectors, including public companies, private organizations and nonprofit entities. The College offers undergraduate and graduate programs in the fields of accountancy, taxation, business, health care and public administration, government and non-profit management.The College’s MBA is rated one of the best in the country by The Princeton Review and its School of Professional Accountancy was the first school of accountancy and taxation in the nation. The Department of Health Care and Public Administration offers the NASPAA-accredited Master of Public Administration degree.

The Executive Board of Advisors is comprised of prominent business and accounting practitioners as well as experts in the fields of public service and health care administration. The primary purpose of the board is to advise the College of Management administration in the principle areas of program development, strategy, outreach, professional networking and fundraising.
