Workshop Helps Young Performers Approach Auditions with Confidence and Style

University of Maryland, Baltimore County. Ric has taught at the New York University Tisch School of the Arts, as well as privately in both Manhattan and here in Columbia. He is currently a guest instructor for CCTA.

LISA YANGUAS has been dancing since the age of three and has studied ballet, tap, jazz, modern, ballroom, choreography, and dance for musical thea-ter. She performed and studied with Broadway and movie legend Gregory Hines during his lifetime and has had the good fortune to study with other dance greats to include: Brenda Buffalino, Honi Coles, Harold Nicholas (of the Nicholas Brothers), and Savion Glover. She has been performing, teaching, and choreographing in Maryland and Howard County for over 25 years. She currently serves as the Chairperson of the Artistic Review Panel and mem-ber of the dance panel for the Howard County Arts Council.
