The US Drug Watchdog is now inviting AV rated personal injury law firms in each state to join them in their Transvaginal Mesh Failure Initiative with a state specific approach, that is focused on taking better care of victims of a severe transvaginal mesh failure. In the instance of severe transvaginal mesh failures the US Drug Watchdog believes an approach that is state specific to the victim, is not only better for the law firm, it might also give the victim more legal possibilities if the damages include erosion, or other very serious medical conditions, or complications. The US Drug Watchdog says, "We know a transvaginal mesh failure can be catastrophic for the victim. We also know from talking to over a thousand victims they want very skilled attorneys to help them in their specific state. Why would a woman who lives in California want a law firm in New York handling her transvaginal mesh failure case, especially if the damages include erosion, or if there has already been an unsuccessful revision surgery? We think a state specific approach helps more women, who are severe victims of a transvaginal mesh failure. There is a modest fee for participating law firms for this very aggressive state specific initiative." The US Drug Watchdog is now saying, "We have learned that the reason there was an explosion of transvaginal mesh surgical procedures is some medical device companies put on one, or two day workshops for physicians-where the doctor became an instant expert for a transvaginal mesh surgical procedure. We believe this is why we now have so many severe victims of a transvaginal mesh failure. We also believe victims of the worst types of transvaginal mesh failures might not fit into a multi district litigation box. It is for these reasons we want local AV rated law firms-in the same state as the victim-to join us in this effort. We want to help more victims who are now severely damaged, and we think the state specific approach is the way to do it. At least for starters we want AV rated personal injury trial law firms in California, New York, Florida, Texas, Massachusetts, Washington, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Arizona, Nevada, Maryland, Virginia, Michigan, New Jersey, North Carolina, Wisconsin, Indiana, Missouri, Tennessee, Minnesota, and Georgia to join us in this effort."
