The FT7 combines all the features of the FT4, plus expanded memory that stores up to 99 training files and 16 weekly training summaries. The FT7 also includes Polar's EnergyPointer program, a valuable visual display that continuously identifies whether the user is working in their "fat burning zone" or their "fitness improvement zone." The FT7 is also compatible with the Polar FlowLink, making it simple to upload workout data to the user's personal journal on PolarPersonalTrainer.com. This free exercise journal and online community tracks your progress, provides training programs, and allows users to generate online fitness challenges with friends and family. The FT7 is available in metallic black with silver stripe or metallic black with gold stripe. The MSRP for the FT7 is $119.95.
