The Center for Wound Healing, Inc. Acquires Assets from Restorix Health
Date:2/20/2013

Tarrytown, NY (PRWEB) February 20, 2013

The Center for Wound Healing, Inc. (CFWH), a leading manager of comprehensive wound care treatment centers that offer advanced wound care and hyperbaric oxygen therapy, announces the acquisition of assets from Restorix Health, a Seattle-based company specializing in wound care management. Restorix offered full-service management programs that ensured maximization of current resources and infrastructure. Their three centers provide comprehensive wound care – specialized wound care and hyperbaric oxygen therapy – in Washington and California.

The acquisition supports CFWH’s vision to expand its best-in-class comprehensive wound care across the nation. “The acquisition of the Restorix centers is a perfect fit for our company,” explains Steve McLaughlin, CEO. “These centers are beautifully appointed and staffed.”

CFWH has assumed the management of the three centers – two are currently operational, with a third proceeding with construction.
