The Mindspace public relations team created a cost-effective publicity campaign to effectively announce a redefined emergency room admittance process for Catholic Healthcare West's two hospitals, Mercy Gilbert Regional Medical Center and Chandler Regional Medical Center. With the redefined process, the two hospitals were able to reduce total time spent in the emergency room by 25%. By positioning the hospital network as innovative leaders in the community and creating a dialogue with the media surrounding the factors to consider when choosing an emergency room, the Mindspace public relations team secured 22 media placements over three months, equaling 8.3 million impressions. The campaign also included outdoor, print and broadcast advertising efforts and has generated an impressive ROI in new visits for the hospitals' emergency rooms.

Other healthcare clients in Mindspace's growing portfolio include CheckMD, a fully interactive social networking site that allows users to share experiences, make recommendations, research providers and connect directly with others.
