SmartDraw Adds Innovative Features and Lean Tools in New Release
Date:9/10/2013

San Diego, California (PRWEB) September 10, 2013

SmartDraw Software announced today the release of SmartDraw CI, the latest version of its flagship software from the company known for innovating fast, easy tools used to create business visuals for clearer communication and enhanced productivity.

Paul Stannard, CEO of SmartDraw Software, says the new release is a natural extension of the company’s own philosophy. “We constantly ask our customers questions such as, ‘What do you use SmartDraw for?’, ‘What other things would you like to see SmartDraw do?’ and ‘What can we do better?’"

“We’re listening to our customers’ answers and responding with SmartDraw CI, which is more than just a new product release. It’s a whole new approach to meeting their needs and making their work more efficient, productive and enjoyable.”

Stannard goes on to say that the “CI” represents a three-stage loop comprised of customer interaction, content innovation and continuous improvement. “Everything we do constantly works its way around this circle. Our goal is to consistently i
