Warning signs in children include fast breathing or trouble breathing, significantly decreased energy level, dehydration, improvement of flu-like symptoms that come back with fever and worsened cough, bluish skin color, irritability more than normal and fever accompanied by a rash. Adults who experience difficulty breathing, dizziness, confusion, pain in the chest or abdomen or persistent vomiting should also be attended to immediately."
