Prisoner Jump Squat Video Revealed by Bodyweight Torch
Date:4/27/2013

Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) April 27, 2013

As springtime is in full swing, bodyweight workouts are becoming more and more popular to lose weight and get in shape for summer. But with most popular bodyweight programs, the bodyweight exercises get rather boring. Mike Whitfield, a trainer in Atlanta, GA who created the popular Bodyweight Torch program, understood this and offers his online and offline clients advanced lower body bodyweight exercises as well as upper bodyweight exercises and of course, ab workouts that use bodyweight. He explained an intense lower body exercise called the Prisoner Jump Squat recently on his youtube channel to his Bodyweight Torch subscribers and the response was very positive.

“The prisoner jump squat is an amazing lower bodyweight exercise that uses the lower body muscles, as well as improves upper back mobility by keeping the hands behind the head and squeezing the shoulder blades together. This is very useful for people that sit behind a desk all day because the upper back muscles get weak and mobility is lost. Plus, this exercise replaces treadmills and other expensive equipment. Anyone can use these bodyweight cardio and bodyweight conditioning exercises like the prisoner jump squat instead of investing thousands of dollars into very expensive equipment. The prisoner jump squat, one of my favorite advanced lower body bodyweight exercises, is a great tool for anyone’s bodyweight conditioning program and bodyweight workouts because it can be done anytime and anywhere. It’s an awesome way to increase the heart rate and strengthen the lower body muscles including the glutes, hamstrings and hips”, said Whitfield.

The prisoner jump squat is just one of the lower body bodyweight exercises that require no equipment and can be found inside the new and free program found at http://www.bodyweighttorch.com.
