Two labor and employee relations experts, Mark G. Hines and Ron McDonald, have formed One2One Partners. The firm creates customized programs that strengthen the relationship among company leaders, line supervisors and employees. Goals of programs are to have an engaged workforce and minimize the threat of third-party intervention, regardless of potential legislation such as Employee Free Choice Act or Card Check.

Denver, CO (PRWEB) Feb. 8, 2010 -- Two Denver-area labor and employee relations experts, Mark G. Hines and Ron McDonald, have joined forces to form One2One Partners (www.one2onepartners.com). The firm creates customized, proactive programs that strengthen the relationship among company leaders, line supervisors and employees.

Hines has more than 25 years of experience in employee relations, labor relations, and human resources, including serving as Director of Employee and Labor Relations for the Coors Brewing Company and Rayovac Corporation. He has served as Chief Spokesman in more than 35 sets of labor negotiations.

McDonald's 30 years of experience includes serving as Executive Director of HR Operations for Qwest Communications and local and national roles at U.S. Foodservice with a focus on building positive employment relationships. He worked as a union organizer for two years and served as Chief Negotiator in more than 20 labor negotiations.

"An engaged workforce is critical to the success of a business because it leads to everyone in the workplace being focused on common goals and outcomes," explains McDonald. "An engaged workforce also positions companies to minimize the threat of third-party intervention regardless of potential legislation such as the Employee Free Choice Act (EFCA) or Card Check. We believe in a one-to-one relationship between employees and their employer. "

Programs and services offered by One2One Partners include its Employee Relations Analysis of a company's current HR practices; evaluation of formal and informal communications; effective dispute resolution; leadership and supervisory training on why employees look to labor unions and how to preempt that need; and a rapid response program.
