Journals Directory to Provide Additional Services for Journal Recommendation

Journals Directory, a listing platform for international academic journals from various fields, has launched a new service for journal recommendation. The service will make it easy for academic writers to target appropriate journals for publishing their papers. The company will also liaise with the journals’ editorial boards and get feedback from them for the research papers submitted by writers through the platform.

The recommendations will be made from amongst the journals listed on the online directory. The website lists journals from various domains like finance, pure and applied science, statistics, mathematics, law, management, engineering and environmental science. Authors who wish to avail the service will have to send in their papers for peer review to the team at Journals Directory. After a thorough assessment of the paper, the most suitable journals will be suggested, and recommendation may also be made to the editorial board of such journals for outstanding papers.

Speaking to scholars and editors on the occasion, the director of the company said that this service has been launched with a motive to facilitate publication of papers written by young researchers. He said that the company has a team of veterans in the academic publication field, who receive research papers for peer review. Some of these papers by budding scientists are worthy of publication in international journals. However, due to lack of guidance and ignorance about the publication procedures, such opportunity is often missed by the authors.
