HeatTechProducts.com, a major online retailer of radiant floor heating products, has announced its launch of Heattechproducts.com/Library, an online resource database and knowledge center dedicated primarily to educating consumers about electric floor heating products.

Heattechproducts.com/Library will serve as an informational portal, featuring multitude of resources about product applications, diy installation tips, how-to instructions, product comparison and others. The content in the library is a collaborative work by industry professionals with years of experience and a passion for their work.

The Company has issued a statement explaining the need for such resource. “Every day our customer service center receives numerous calls and emails from customers inquiring about product applications and installation, as well as general questions about benefits and advantages of electric radiant floor heating. We believe that by creating an extensive online knowledge center, our customers will be able to conveniently find the relevant information with a few clicks and access it 24/7, receiving a more detailed and often illustrated answers to their questions."

Some of the sample topics include but are not limited to Mats vs. Cable - Comparison Chart, How to install radiant floor heating mats, Choosing the right thermostat for your electric in-floor heating system, etc. New articles are developed and published on ongoing basis.
