Focused on Customer Success, Greenway Health Announces the Appointment of Kimberly O’Loughlin to President

Greenway Health, a leading health information technology and services provider, announced today that Kimberly O’Loughlin has been appointed to president, effective immediately, elevating her from the chief operating officer position.

The move signals an ongoing companywide emphasis to improve the quality of Greenway’s solutions and services, as well as the support the company provides customers to help transform their practices for greater success — including improved population health outcomes, a better patient care experience, and lower costs.

In her expanded role, O’Loughlin will oversee product management, customer support, professional services, implementation, revenue services, and quality and regulatory affairs. She will work closely with Greenway customers as a trusted advisor to provide them with the right solutions, services and expert insights, so they can make patient-driven care a reality and success.

“We are excited for Kimberly’s new role and expanded focus on quality and customer success,” said Richard Atkin, CEO of Greenway Health. “Greenway understands the challenges our customers face, from navigating ever-changing government regulations and security and compliance requirements to maintaining a profitable practice focused on quality care. It’s imperative we build an experienced leadership team that has the right skills and expertise to help customers achieve new efficiencies and revenue streams, so they can spend more time providing quality patient care and improving lives.”

With an extensive background in transformational leadership that spans the healthcare, telecom, insurance, and financial services industries, O’Loughlin assumes her new role with a results-driven record of notable achievements and dedicated focus on increased customer success. During her more than 30 years spent in customer care, O’Loughlin has assisted organizations in driving growth and profitability while delivering unparalleled leadership and a strong focus on the customer.

According to O’Loughlin, Greenway is dedicated to working with its customers to provide high-quality electronic health record (EHR), practice management and revenue cycle management software that meets customers’ unique needs. With a focus on designing compliant solutions and services that deliver greater value, inspire practice transformation, and restore the “care” in healthcare, Greenway is taking its technology a step further, helping customers turn data and insights into action.

“In today’s world of value-based care, our customers need a strategic partner and trusted advisor more than ever — one that provides technology and services that seamlessly span the front office, clinic and billing office, so they can focus on delivering exceptional care,” O’Loughlin said. “In my new role, I look forward to working closely with our customers, empowering and educating them in news ways so they can reach their full potential.”

Prior to Greenway, O’Loughlin was senior vice president and general manager at Philips Healthcare, where she led global connected care and health informatics businesses that delivered solutions for patients, caregivers, and clinicians. She has also held senior leadership roles at AT&T, AT&T Wireless, AIG, and Vonage that included building and scaling startups, driving revenue growth and customer loyalty, and transforming sizeable global enterprise operations.

Today, Greenway’s products and solutions are used by over 75,000 healthcare providers in the U.S. to improve the effectiveness, cost and quality of care for the over 100 million lives impacted by the company’s solutions. In January, the company earned the 2018 KLAS Category Leader ranking for ambulatory revenue cycle management services.
