Date:10/2/2013

Madison, WI (PRWEB) October 02, 2013

The fitness franchise known as Fit Body Boot Camp has grown a lot since its debut in 2009, and now, thanks to the help of certified personal trainer and fitness expert Jade Bunk, the fitness franchise can add the new Madison boot camp to its growing list of locations.

Officially opened to the public on September 9th of this year, Bunk’s Fit Body Boot Camp Madison features the franchise’s signature Unstoppable Fitness Formula, a fitness philosophy that revs up the body’s metabolism to help shed unwanted pounds fast.

Combining elements of cardio, resistance and high intensity interval training, and nutritional guidance in a fun and encouraging group training environment is a big part of why the Unstoppable Fitness Formula is so effective.

Bunk explains, "The sort of training that Fit Body Boot Camp incorporates into their Unstoppable Fitness Formula has changed my life in a myriad of positive ways. I am really excited to now be able to share this with others. At Fit Body Boot Camp Madison, I guarantee that you'll have more fun than you've ever had ‘working-out’ and get in better shape than you've ever been in, faster than you thought possible. We have so much to contribute to the Madison community - I am excited for what the future holds!"

Being a Level 1 Strong First Kettlebell Instructor and a Certified Holistic Health Coach as well as training others for a little over three years, Bunk is thrilled to be able to share her knowledge and passion for health and fitness with the rest of Madison.

Bunk admits that it was her own fitness journey that inspired her to become a personal trainer. She explains, “My own fitness journey is what inspired me to become a personal trainer in the first place. Fitness, combined with a passion for a
