ER24 Receives NAAMTA Medical Transport Accreditation Renewal
Date:2/3/2019

Subsequent to a thorough, independent review of administrative policies, medical protocols, aviation processes and maintenance, ER24 has once again been awarded NAAMTA Medical Transport Accreditation for their fixed-wing air aeromedical program. As evidenced through strict compliance to the NAAMTA Standards, ER24 continues to demonstrate the highest degree of professionalism and safety in providing quality patient care.

ER24 demonstrates compliance in each of the defined standards, excels in best-practice operations and instills these core values and standards in each employee. NAAMTA verified compliance through appraisal of company policies, employee interviews, on-site evaluations, and process reviews, all of which were conducted using ISO 9001:2015 auditing practices.

“We are very proud to have ER24 as an elite member of the NAAMTA Alliance,” says Nancy Purcell, Director of Clinical Operations. “Their energetic passion for the patients they care for and the excellence in how they conduct their program are reflective of the fundamental tenets of the NAAMTA Standards. It is rewarding to see accreditation in action and ER24 exemplifies the vision of NAAMTA Accreditation.”

Alastair Lithgow, Program Director for fixed-wing operations said, “Gaining this NAAMTA reaccreditation demonstrates ER24’s commitment to quality patient care of the highest standards in aviation care. The accreditation elevated the already high standards that we had set for ourselves in our continual strive for excellence in patient care and aviation safety.”
