Dr. Glenn Vallecillos Now Offers Lumenis Total Fx CO2 Fractional Laser Procedure
Date:2/16/2013

Beverly Hills, Ca (PRWEB) February 16, 2013

Regarded as one of Southern California's most experienced laser surgeons, Dr. Glenn Vallecillos has performed more than 2,000 laser procedures in his Beverly Hills office. As part of his ongoing effort to provide patients with the latest in new aesthetic technology, Dr. Vallecillos is pleased to announce that he is now offering the Lumenis Total FX CO2 Fractional Laser Therapy Procedure.

Lumenis is the global leader in aesthetic laser technology, and patients of Dr. Vallecillos may now benefit from its revolutionary CO2 technology in his Beverly Hills office. The Lumenis Total FX works by using a CO2 (carbon dioxide) laser to resurface the skin. By applying a focused light beam on damaged areas, the laser removes damaged layers of the skin, including scars, facial wrinkles, and deep lines. By removing these damaged areas, the treatment encourages increased collagen production and regeneration.

The Lumenis Total FX C02 Fractional Laser Therapy treatment can be used to reduce deep lines and facial wrinkles, sun damage, acne scars, precancerous zones, and other facial lesions. Because the energy from the CO2 laser is dispersed in a columnated fashion, it does not affect the entire surface area of the skin, thereby resulting in a faster healing time for the patient. After the healing period, skin treated with the Total FX C02 Laser appears smoother and firmer; years of damage are removed. The effects of the treatment can last 10 years or longer, with some patients reporting permanent results.

Patients of all ethnic backgrounds and skin types have benefited from Dr. Vallecillos' proficiency and fluidity with a variety of laser resurfacing tools. Regarded by colleagues as a top cosmetic surgeon, Dr. Vallecillos is also known as an expert in injectable filler techniques and has trained hundreds of top physicians and surgeons on advanced injection techniques.
