Date:5/23/2019

CarePartners announced today that they have signed a multi-year strategic partnership to deploy the Procura Cloud Enterprise Home Care system. Complia Health will provide CarePartners with a cloud-based scalable enterprise solution of its Procura software. In the Canadian market, Procura excels at managing the operational, clinical, and financial processes for enterprise providers of services including home care, community support services, nursing and therapy services, and most other home-based services within the care continuum. The Procura software focus is to improve employee, client and client family member experiences.

“We are excited to establish this partnership with CarePartners,” said Scott Overhill, Complia’s Chief Strategy Officer and Procura Global Division GM, “CarePartners’ culture of innovation is shared by the Complia Health team, and we are pleased that CarePartners is deploying our next generation solutions within their business. They are in good company, with Procura holding a leadership position nationally and globally in the delivery of Home Care solutions for all disciplines.”

CarePartners will be using Procura’s latest point of care solution, Procura Clinical Care. Procura Clinical Care is built upon Complia Health’s 30 years of global experience in the design and delivery of clinical solutions for a mobile workforce. Clinical Care is designed to automate and integrate an organization’s clinical and operational workflow while providing a tailorable clinical documentation engine that embeds clinical guidelines and best practice. With a focus on an engine-based workflow design and the use of Intelligent Scripting (TM) to support a truly paperless care model, Clinical Care helps Procura set new standards for ease of use and efficiency for care providers.

"CarePartners is excited to be part of the Procura family. Their stellar reputation as a company and comprehensive platform provides the necessary modules that meet the needs in the current homecare sector. We look forward to a long and successful relationship," stated Linda Deans, CarePartners’ Chief Strategy Officer.

Complia Health is continuing to expand its leadership in the Canadian home health market and this partnership will further solidify Procura’s already dominant market share.
