C&A Industries Named 50th Largest Staffing Firm in the Nation

C&A Industries, Inc., a national leader in staffing and recruitment, has been named the 50th largest staffing firm in the United States by Staffing Industry Analysts. C&A is the parent company to four specialized staffing firms including Aureus Medical Group, Aureus Group, AurStaff, and Celebrity Staff.

C&A joins an elite group of firms included in Staffing Industry Analysts’s 2015 market share report, released in June. Of the more than 7,000 staffing companies in the United States, C&A was one of 122 firms which reported more than $100 million in revenue for the previous year, the criteria for inclusion in the report. C&A rose nine positions from its #59 ranking in 2014, placing the company in roughly the top 1% of all staffing agencies nationally.

Staffing Industry Analysts is the global advisor on contingent work, known for its independent, objective insights and proprietary research related to the staffing and recruitment industry. Staffing Industry Analysts defines staffing revenue as revenue from temporary, direct hire, and temp-to-hire (Match Hire (R)) staffing services as well as managed services revenue. The 122 firms included in its 2015 report generated a combined $69.4 billion in staffing and talent engagement revenue, which represents 55.9% of the total market.

“We are proud to be recognized among the largest and most respected staffing firms in the country. As the staffing industry continues to grow at a pace ahead of the economy, our improvement of nine positions over last year’s ranking is of particular significance to us,” said Scot Thompson, president and CEO, C&A Industries, Inc. “Our ability to capture market share while retaining our loyal customer base is directly attributable to the extraordinary employees of C&A. Their dedication to our customers and to quality of service is what enables us to be successful in a highly competitive industry.”

C&A is a national leader in staffing and recruiting. Through its affiliate firms, Aureus Group, Aureus Medical Group, AurStaff, and Celebrity Staff, C&A has provided Human Capital Management Solutions to a wide variety of industries for more than 45 years, including supplemental, contract-hire, and direct hire programs. Non-staffing divisions of C&A include AurTravel, a full service travel agency; AurHomes, specializing in corporate housing; and its philanthropic arm, The Kim Foundation. C&A is headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska, with subsidiary offices located in Lincoln and Omaha, Nebraska; Kansas City, Missouri; and Des Moines, Iowa.
