Date:8/31/2020

Dr. Chang has over 20 years of clinical and leadership experience working, both directly with persons with autism and other developmental disabilities, as well as supporting staff in caring for patients and families. Her clinical expertise includes early intervention, parent education, adolescents with autism, school consultation, and staff development. She joined the company in 2015 as Chief of Clinical Operations. She advanced into the Chief Operations Officer role in 2017 followed by the additional role of President in 2019. Over the course of her journey at ALP, Dr. Chang has led both the clinical development of the company as well as the expansion of ALP into 17 states. “Gina brings clinical and operational leadership sensibilities as well as a high degree of passion and integrity to redefining excellence in service delivery,” said former ALP CEO Richard Fish.

“Since my first role in leadership, I have been in love with the idea of serving people and helping them become their best, so that they in turn can give their best to the families and patients we serve. It is an incredible honor and privilege to work with the team at ALP, and partner with them to bring hope, support and excellent clinical expertise to the families in our care,” said Dr. Chang.
