Arizona Governor Appoints The Joint Chiropractic® Director of Chiropractic and Compliance to State Board of Chiropractic Examiners
Date:9/13/2017

The Joint Chiropractic®, a national franchisor, operator and manager of chiropractic clinics, is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Steven Knauf to The State of Arizona Board of Chiropractic Examiners. Dr. Knauf’s appointment to this prestigious board is his latest achievement in a career dedicated to providing reliable, high-quality health care to patients in Arizona and beyond.

The State of Arizona Board of Chiropractic Examiners is the regulatory body of the State of Arizona charged with protecting the health, welfare and safety of the public through the enforcement of the laws governing the practice of chiropractic. The Board licenses over 2,500 chiropractors to practice in the state of Arizona. The Board also accepts and investigates complaints against licensed and unlicensed individuals.

“I am pleased to appoint Dr. Knauf to the Board of Chiropractic Examiners,” said Governor Doug Ducey. “I am confident he will bring the same level of commitment and professionalism to his new role that he’s brought to his profession and the people he serves.”

Dr. Steven Knauf’s appointment is the culmination of a decade long commitment to providing quality chiropractic care to his patients. A graduate of the Northwestern Health Sciences University College of Chiropractic, Dr. Knauf joined The Joint Chiropractic® in 2011. He quickly assumed a leadership position, becoming the Senior Doctor of Chiropractic for 13 of The Joint clinics in 2015, before a promotion to his current position as Director of Chiropractic and Compliance. His job is to ensure compliance for the franchise network while growing the system through strong relationships with chiropractic schools, associations and boards.

“I am honored to have been selected as a member of the Board of Chiropractic Examiners and look forward to the opportunity to help assure that patients receive quality chiropractic care in the State of Arizona,” says Dr. Steven Knauf.

The Joint Chiropractic® is pleased to share Dr. Knauf’s expertise and experience delivering responsible and reputable chiropractic care to the people of Arizona.

“I want to be the first to congratulate Dr. Steven Knauf for his well-deserved appointment to the Board of Chiropractic Examiners,” said The Joint Chiropractic® President and Chief Executive Officer Peter D. Holt. “We have had the pleasure of watching Dr. Knauf administer industry leading service and best practices to patients under his care. I am confident in his new role, he will deliver the same professionalism, insight and guidance to the citizens of Arizona.”

As a facilitator of consumer-friendly health care, The Joint Chiropractic® provides patients access to affordable, top-notch, appointment-free care without insurance hassles.
