Altman Fitness Announces Metabolic Typing for Weight Loss

Altman Fitness is helping people safely lose weight through a new service called Metabolic Typing. This service is the same service featured on both The Dr. Oz show and Dr. Phil. Jay Altman, co-owner of Altman Fitness, is a Certified Metabolic Typing Advisor. “Metabolic Typing has many benefits. First, it is a personal experience. It also helps define the biological reaction a person’s body may have to certain foods.”

People who are interested in taking advantage of Altman Fitness’ new Metabolic Typing services have three options. The first option is $159 dollars. The second option, is $229 dollars and offers a limited amount of personal support. The last (and best) option offers one-on-one support and sells for an affordable $559 dollars. “Metabolic Typing offers a lot of insight as to why a person may have been trying to lose weight without being successful. For under six hundred dollars, any one of these three options are a lot less expensive then countless doctor’s visits related to poor health from being overweight,” continued Jay Altman.
