Aeroflow Healthcare Partners with Leading Insurance Carriers BlueCross BlueShield of Western New York and BlueShield of Northeastern New York
Date:5/9/2019

Aeroflow Healthcare, an HME Excellence Award Winner and leading provider of durable medical equipment (DME), today announced partnerships with BlueCross BlueShield (BCBS) of Western New York and BlueShield of Northeastern New York. By partnering with these leading carriers, Aeroflow’s presence and ability to serve New York patients – especially new mothers searching for breast pumps and maternity products – with the medical equipment necessary to improve their quality of life is greatly expanded

By partnering with these two major New York insurance networks – which represent approximately 30% of the New York market combined – Aeroflow will now be able to provide the state’s patients with high-quality medical equipment including but not limited to breast pumps, catheters, and continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) devices and supplies.

“Aeroflow’s mission is to improve patients’ quality of life, and partnering with two renowned New York State insurers allows us to further that mission with patients in one of America’s largest markets,” said Shana Fox, Senior Strategic Partnerships Associate at Aeroflow Healthcare. “We look forward to serving patients in western and northeastern New York with the exceptional medical supplies they need, at little or no cost to them through insurance. It is this support that, when coupled with the excellent customer service that we pride ourselves on. We are confident that we can create a lasting impact on our patients and their families.”

Aeroflow will continue joining more insurance networks in order to expand and diversify its position within the healthcare market, thereby increasing its patient base throughout the U.S. While this objective continues to spur the organization’s business, it also supports Aeroflow’s mission of helping patients live with a variety of conditions by providing seamless access to advanced medical equipment via exceptional customer service, ultimately improving patient outcomes and quality of life.
