A New Medical Marijuana Dispensary Opening in Edmond, OK
Date:12/5/2018

Earthly Mist, Edmond, Oklahoma’s newest medical marijuana dispensary, will open on January 1st, 2019 at 16 E 4th Street.

The dispensary will serve Edmond, Oklahoma residents who present a current Oklahoma state-issued patient medical marijuana license. Earthly Mist staff will work with patients to find the correct medical cannabis product based on their doctor’s recommendations. Licensed minor patients can obtain medical marijuana when accompanied by their adult caretaker.

“Earthly Mist has already been helping people get relief with medicinal herbs in Oklahoma for four years,” said Krystal Gaden from Earthly Mist. “We are thrilled that we can now offer medical cannabis products as well, and we’ll use the same strenuous product quality controls we’ve always used to make sure our patients get the right product and the right dosage."

Unlike other medical marijuana dispensaries Edmond residents have seen, Gaden says Earthly Mist will continue to provide several other types of herbal medicine products. They have been selling kratom in Oklahoma for the last four years.

Gaden pointed to several ongoing scientific studies about how medical marijuana may benefit patients with several different conditions. They have customers currently using it to relieve chronic inflammation, chronic pain, PTSD, anxiety, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis and epilepsy. Cancer patients have also been using medical cannabis to relieve pain and nausea.

Earthly Mist also offers customers several additional services, said Gaden. They offer military members a 10-percent discount and are starting up a driving service to help customers with disabilities get to the shop and back home. They can also sell medical marijuana and other herbal medicines 24 hours a day and plan to provide 24-hour support to customers.

“Because of our long-standing business relationships in Oklahoma, we’re also able to take more payment options than just cash,” said Gaden. “Our main goal is to make it easy for patients to get the right medical cannabis product when they need it, and we will carefully evaluate their doctor’s recommendations to make sure they get the right dosage of high-quality medical cannabis for their needs.”

Earthly Mist is an herbal medicine store, originally based in Tulsa, Oklahoma for the last 4 years. It has obtained its license to be a medical marijuana dispensary Oklahoma residents can rely on for quality, safety and customer service.
