Detection, identification, and quantitation of an olive allergen using Ettan MDLC, MS/MS, and DeCyder MS

based workflow. This user-friendly and unlabeled approach to relative quantitation of MS data will have wide implications on the LC-MS based proteomics workflow for differential analysis.
