A special meeting of the stockholders of Tutogen Medical to consider and vote upon the transaction contemplated by the proposed merger with Regeneration Technologies, Inc. has been scheduled for February 27, 2008 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time, at Tutogen's headquarters at 13709 Progress Blvd., Alachua, Florida. Tutogen stockholders of record as of the close of business on January 22, 2008 will be entitled to vote at the special meeting.
