TaxOps Announces Partner Appointment to Prominent International Position with Fortune 100 Company
Date:3/20/2013

Lakewood, Colorado (PRWEB) March 20, 2013

TaxOps announced that Daniel DeLau, a partner with the firm, will be assuming a prominent international tax position based in Switzerland with a Fortune 100 company.

“Dan’s recruitment to a top-level position at a leading multinational corporation says a tremendous amount about Dan, our team here, and the caliber of work that we do,” Brian Amann, TaxOps founder and chief executive officer, says. “Dan brought a high-level of technical expertise and interpersonal qualifications to his role at TaxOps, which has helped to set a standard for how we operate as a firm.”

DeLau says he is comfortable making the move because of the firm’s tremendous success and exciting culture. “TaxOps has a wonderful environment in which to work,” he says. The firm retains the best aspects of a big firm setting while eliminating those aspects that do not add value, such as time sheets, dress codes, and office hours. Contrary to traditional professional services practices that encourage staff to increase hourly billings, TaxOps’ staff incentives are designed to drive better results, strong client relationships, and a high level of efficiency.

DeLau says clients appreciate the TaxOps’ team they work with and employees like where they work, naturally leading to high client and employee retention rates. TaxOps was named the best small firm by Accounting Today’s Best Accounting Firms to Work For in 2012 for its innovative workplace environment.

After transitioning to his new position, DeLau wi
