Date:7/31/2014

San Diego, CA (PRWEB) July 31, 2014

Rancho BioSciences, the scientific data consulting company announced today the integration of Omicsoft’s Array Suite with tranSMART. Scientists that have access to both platforms will be able to send data in tranSMART to Array Suite for further analysis. The integration works with all versions of tranSMART including the new 1.2 release. Array Suite provides state of the art statistics, visualization and storage for the analysis of high dimensional quantification data, including expression, CNV/CGH data, Genotyping data, and more.

“When we manually curate data for our customers they often ask us to make it ready to load in to tranSMART and Array Suite”, said Julie Bryant, CEO. “We wanted to make this process easier for them so we integrated Array Suite with tranSMART. We plan to provide additional integration solutions for our customers in the future.”
