NSG Precision Cells’ WAV-7 Didymium Standard Makes Calibrating Wavelength Accuracy a Snap

Eureka! The only permanently calibrated didymium standard that calibrates wavelength accuracy with no re-calibration needed has been released mid-2012 by NSG Precision Cells. This didymium calibration standard leads NSG’s new groundbreaking standards, which NEVER need to be replaced or re-calibrated due to material aging.

In a snap, the WAV-7 Didymium Standard can calibrate wavelength accuracy and photometric accuracy easily and without hassle. Aside from that, this didymium wavelength accuracy calibration standard can be used on photometric accuracy in the UV wavelength range and wavelength accuracy calibration in both the UV and VIS wavelength ranges. Wavelength maximum transmission/absorption values and the wavelength peaks depend on the slit-width of a spectrophotometer.
