Date:2/27/2013

PITTSBURGH, Feb. 27, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Mylan Inc. (Nasdaq: MYL) today announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Agila Specialties Private Limited, a developer, manufacturer and marketer of high-quality generic injectable products, from Strides Arcolab Limited (BSE: 532531, NSE: STAR) for $1.6 billion in cash.
