Multivitamin Direct Adopts InstantGMP-Lite as Their Electronic Batch Record Software

Multivitamin Direct offers contract manufacturing, packaging and co-packaging services to companies all over the globe. This entails manufacturing many batches of various types of dietary and nutritional supplements in capsules and tablets, and functional foods in the form of powder and drink mixes. In order to streamline their processes and to make organizing batch records easy, they turned to the InstantGMP-Lite electronic batch record system.

Multivitamin Direct’s cGMP compliant facility has climate controlled HEPA production areas where food grade products are packaged or repackaged under strict quality control. Adding the InstantGMP-Lite electronic batch record software increases their flexibility to provide packaging services for projects of all sizes. Their combination of people, process, and technology allows for strict control over every step in the manufacturing process. Now with InstantGMP-Lite their control and organization of electronic batch records gives them even better quality and productivity.

InstantGMP has also helped Multivitamin Direct with its USDA organic certification process by enabling the production department to document the required organic processes as required by some of their largest clients such as RGO (Raw Green Organics).
