Date:7/28/2008

BEIJING and CLAREMONT, Calif., July 28 /Xinhua-PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Kiwa Bio-Tech Products Group Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: KWBT) announces that Kiwa Bio-Tech Products (Shandong) Co., Ltd.
