Date:3/14/2013

(PRWEB) March 14, 2013

Guidepoint Global, LLC, a leading primary research firm serving Corporations, Institutional Investors and Consultancies, announced today the launch of two major product and service additions to its Client Research Portal, a website that Clients use to initiate, manage and track primary research projects.

Guidepoint has launched an Advisor Search Platform that enables users to identify experts they would like to interview by searching through keywords, geographic locations, industries, employment data, company ticker symbols, biographies, and screening questions. Clients can also initiate research projects, and request telephone consultations, with experts through the Advisor Search Platform.

Guidepoint also launched a Quick Poll Platform, a web-based survey creation tool that enables users to design brief surveys of specific expert populations in Guidepoint’s network. Surveys are created with an intuitive drag and drop interface and include a variety of question types, including multiple choice, matrix, text field, and numeric responses.

These new capabilities address the needs of Clients who wish to manage their primary research projects more directly. Some Clients find that searching for experts directly not only enables greater control, but also provides opportunities to better understand an industry’s value chain and consider new areas to explore in their research.

“We are very excited to empower our Clients with the self-service capabilities that many of them prefer,” said John Polis, Guidepoint’s Chief Operating Officer. “Our aim is to enable our Clients to choose one of a variety of ways to interact with our teams and perform research.”

The new features for Guidepoint’s Client Portal are currently available upon requ
