TEMECULA, Calif. and TOKYO, July 26, 2013 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Golden West Biologicals, Inc. (GWB), a leading provider and manufacturer of diagnostic products and Sunfco, Ltd., a leading provider of raw material ingredients for food products, medicinal products, biotech products, health food products and other products in the fine chemicals field, today announced the rapid growth in sales of GWB's Mass Spect Gold® line of human serum in Japan.

GWB supplies Sunfco with a broad range of products used in the diagnostics industry.  After the United States and European Union, Japan is the World's 3rd largest In-Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) market.  And due to demographic shifts in Japan, the industry is expected to show further growth.
