Elsevier and the Emergency Nurses Association Launch New eLearning Course Focused on Psychiatric Emergencies

"APNA is pleased to have collaborated with ENA," said Nicholas Croce, Jr. , MS, Executive Director of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association. "The National Institute for Mental Health estimates that 26 percent of Americans ages 18 and older, about one in four adults, suffer from a diagnosable mental disorder in a given year. Many of these people will enter the mental health care system through the emergency rooms in our country. APNA is grateful for opportunity to have our members lend their expertise to such an important educational endeavor."

Elsevier will showcase the ENA: Handling Psychiatric Emergencies course at the ENA Leadership Conference, as well as highlighting all of its solutions for Emergency Care, including Mosby's eLearning, Mosby's Skills, CPM CarePoints Emergency and ExitCare at booth 411.
