Eli Sapharti Announces His Success Story “From Fat Boy To Fit Man”
Date:11/11/2013

Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) November 11, 2013

Eli Sapharti, Weight Loss Success Story and Motivational Speaker Weight Loss Coach has a major success story on his path from a fat boy to a fit man. Eli has lost over 300 pounds and wants to share his secret!

Over 5 years ago Eli Sapharti was in the worst shape of his life physically, emotionally, and mentally. Being out of shape does not only mean just physically, but can have an impact on all areas of life.

Standing at over 300 pounds, beginning to have multiple health issues, and facing an end to his 18-year marriage Eli realized it was time to do something about this.

That is when Eli decided to try a different approach and came up with the principles of ONE STEP AT A TIME = SUCCESS! Small, consistent changes allowed him to achieve the body he has today- 180 POUNDS with 10% body fat.

Fast forward 5 years later, and Eli has transformed from a lethargic, obese guy, to an avid fitness enthusiast that has completed several 5K, 10K and half marathons, finishing in the top 10%. But most importantly, Eli has turned his personal success into a passion for helping others achieve similar success through his one-on-one coaching, motivational speaking and most recently through the publishing of his book “From Fat Boy to Fit Man -'A One Step at a Time'- Story of Success” (book available at http://www.amazon.com/From-Fat-Boy-Fit-Man/dp/1484969596).

“My drive and passion today is to help inspire, motivate and teach others how to achieve their goals of a healthier weight, a positive mind-set and fitness ideas to suit every lifestyle,” says Eli.
