Date:12/28/2012

(PRWEB) December 27, 2012

Cavitation Technologies, Inc. (CTI) (OTCBB: CVAT; Berlin & Stuttgart: WTC) announced today that the Desmet Ballestra Group, CTI’s strategic partner since 2010 and the licensee of the company’s vegetable oil refining technology, has entered into a sales agreement with a refinery in Ecuador. The purchased system is capable of processing 350 tons of soybean oil daily.

The expected revenues will be received by CTI in the second and third quarters of the current fiscal year. Igor Gorodnitsky, CTI’s Principal Executive Officer, commented, “Our NanoNeutralization™ process improves oil yields, slashes production costs and mitigates the environmental impact in edible oil refining. Our technology can further optimize current methods of vegetable oil refining and processing.”
