The presentation of this additional information should not be considered in isolation or as a substitute for income (loss) from operations, net income (loss) or income (loss) per diluted share prepared in accordance with U.S. GAAP.  Reconciliations of these non-GAAP measures to the most directly comparable GAAP financial measures are set forth in Table 1.  Our projected 2013 adjusted EPS, however, is only provided on an adjusted basis.  It is not feasible to provide GAAP EPS guidance because the items excluded are difficult to predict and estimate and are primarily dependent on future events.Albany Molecular Research, Inc.
